Using Your Membership
- Valid Tuesday through Thursday only. Not valid Friday–Monday or on holidays/blackout dates designated by management.
- Covers the monthly featured spirit only — enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or mixed any way you like, but it cannot be combined with any other alcohol or exchanged for a different drink.
- Each drink is capped at 2oz of spirit. No doubling up by combining visits or member allotments.
- Dine-in only. Not valid for takeout, delivery, or off-premise consumption.
Membership & ID
- One membership = one guest. Non-transferable; cannot be shared, gifted, or used by anyone other than the enrolled member.
- Valid ID required at every visit to confirm membership and legal drinking age (21+).
- Must be 21 or older to enroll. Management may request additional verification at any time.
Billing & Cancellation
- $1 enrollment fee for the first month; $50/month (Standard) or $100/month (Premium) thereafter, billed automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time before your next billing date to avoid the following month's charge.
- No partial refunds for unused visits within a billing cycle.
Responsible Service
- All drink service is subject to staff discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, regardless of membership status.
- Membership does not guarantee availability of a specific spirit, table, or seating; standard restaurant policies (reservations, walk-in wait times) still apply.
General Disclaimers
Chica & The Don reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Dollar Drink Club program at any time, at its sole discretion, and to change the monthly featured spirit, pricing, or program terms at any time with reasonable notice to members.
Membership may be revoked without refund for abuse of program terms (e.g., reselling drinks, sharing credentials, attempting to combine allotments). Prices, spirits, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
